Petova – Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

At Petova, we’re committed to delivering high-quality pet toys and accessories that bring joy to your furry companions. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’ve made the return and exchange process simple and stress-free.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You can initiate a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order – no questions asked!
To be eligible, items must be unused, unchewed, and returned in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used or chewed products.

Free Pickup & Quick Refunds

We’ll arrange a free pickup from your location. Once the product is received at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 7 days:

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunded to your bank account.

Received a Damaged or Defective Product?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, there’s no need to return it. Just contact us within 24 hours at petovaindia@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a free replacement right away.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch or within 24 hours of placing the order – whichever is earlier.
